Our warehouse suspends all order processing work on New Zealand weekends and statutory public holidays. During promotional events and order peak periods, order processing may be postponed slightly. We will issue email notifications to customers in advance once obvious delivery delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All shipping fees are calculated according to the parcel weight, packaging size and delivery destination of bag orders. The final shipping cost will be fully displayed on the checkout interface before payment, without hidden extra charges.
We only provide standard shipping service for all bag orders, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days, subject to actual logistics conditions.
The announced delivery cycle is only an estimated reference value. Actual delivery speed may be affected by logistics carrier backlogs, cross-border customs clearance audits, harsh weather, regional traffic control and holiday arrangements.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After our warehouse hands over your packaged bag parcels to the cooperative logistics provider, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email instantly, which contains exclusive tracking numbers and logistics inquiry portals.
Due to platform data synchronization rules, parcel tracking information will be updated and available for public inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after shipment. If tracking data fails to load normally beyond the time limit, you can contact our customer service to initiate manual logistics checking.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers shall take full charge of filling in complete, accurate and deliverable recipient addresses, postal codes and valid contact numbers during checkout. Please double-check all delivery information before submitting orders.
ANTHONY WILLIAM NICOL shall not undertake any compensation liability for misdelivery, parcel return or logistics loss caused by false or incomplete recipient information provided by customers. If parcels are sent back to New Zealand warehouse due to address errors, customers need to bear all reshipping expenses independently.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your bag parcel is verified missing during cross-border transit, please submit a parcel tracing application to our support team within 5 days after the scheduled delivery date. We will cooperate deeply with logistics operators to investigate transit records and promote problem resolution.
Long-distance transportation may cause extrusion, surface abrasion and packaging rupture to bag goods. If you receive damaged, deformed or defective bags, please record detailed photos of damaged parts and intact outer packaging within 24 hours after parcel signing, and submit relevant materials to our official email. Our team will evaluate damage degree and give reasonable handling solutions as soon as possible.

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice
